I am interested in finding out what causes these black dots and if photographed if they will be able to be identified.
Are these black dots all vortices of jet streams where the clouds are funneling and we can see the dark beneath the clouds, or is it a different chemical composition of some kind?
I would love to see a closer image of this as well. Hopefully with a little more detail we can see what weather condition is at play here.
